My first attempt on this kind of thing...
This is one of the character from the Heroes TV series (guess the name). He appears on Heroes 2nd Season, and probably the 3rd Season. One of my favourite character on Heroes besides Sylar.
About the name of the deviation, I guess this one is safer than his another name to prevent spoiler.
Was suggested to wrote "What the Hell was That" or "Heroes - Cartoonized" for the title, but I thought it's just doesn't suit him well.
